Recipe- St. Patrick's Day Blarney Balls


Blarney Balls- made with Bailey's Irish Creme!RECIPE: Blarney Balls 



Yield: Approx. 30
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour
Total Time: 1 hour, 15 minutes

Ingredients:

3 cups graham crackers, finely crushed
1 cup almonds, chopped
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
3 tablespoon light corn syrup
1-1/2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Set aside for 5 minutes to set up.
Shape into 1" inch balls.
Roll each ball in powdered sugar.
Place on a cooling rack or lined cookie sheet and let set for 1 hour.
Roll in powdered sugar again, if desired.
Store in an airtight container between layers of wax paper.
