World War II in Pictures- Lieutenant Sevastyanov was patrolling the approaches to Leningrad. Despite the anti-aircraft artillery fire, one bomber He-111 managed to break through to Leningrad but was shot down by Sevastyanov. The bomber fell near the Tauride Garden, 4 November 1941.
