This is an April 3, 1944 Hungarian certificate ("Bizonyítvány") from a Budapest industrial artisan school marked "Zs" in red for "Zsidó" ("Jew") so that the certificant would be treated accordingly under the Nuremberg-like laws of the Fascist government and the German occupation.
